I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve taken my car to Roger Jordan twice and both times everyone I’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. They provide thorough explanations of problems and options for repair so you feel well informed when making decisions. Their prices are very fair and they complete work efficiently. They communicate with you throughout the entire process with updates and cost estimates so you know exactly what is going on. You can tell that they genuinely want the best outcome for customers and provide honest, high quality work. They’ve got a customer for life from me and my recommendation to any friend in need of car repairs.

These mechanics are old school, which I’m a fan of because they tell it to you straight, attempt to repair at low cost, give you options and don’t rip you off. They do a great job and are professional. I will never go to a dealer again.

I personally wouldn't recommend. I drove 40 minutes from a friend recommendation. I was told a time to come for break inspection. When arrived. I was told that they don't let people wait while working on cars. Cars are dropped off. He told me he let my friend wait but not paying customers. I don't live in the area, don't have family, and do not have an option but to stay with my vehicle. I just think new customers should know that you will need to leave your vehicle "for hours" per the gentleman unless you're his friend as they don't allow paying customers to wait for their vehicle. I hope this helps someone not waste their time and gas like I did.
