Rocco's European Garage

Minx Shiloh & Ryan were awesome! They took pristine care of our BMW. We had some weird sound with the air system which is why we brought it in, but they went over a beyond to make sure everything was up to part! Their customer service was the cherry on top! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Amazing fast service. My air went out in my BMW 740, I had taken it to another service provider and they were unable to actually fix it. Called Rocco‘s,got me in for a diagnostic. Let me know what the repairs were in addition to other things that needed to be taken care of got in and out in about three hours, air is blowing like a freezer. Pricing was really great. Customer service was amazing. I recommend and will continue to do service with them.

From the very first call to Rocco personally picking me up at work and taking me to the shop, thanks again for the ride, my first experience was nothing but stellar. 10/10 recommend! I have already recommended the Midtown location to several coworkers, and will be using Rocco’s exclusively for my Mercedes. Honest, professional and personable are just a few ways to describe every employee that I had contact with. Thank you for a great experience!

Five Stars – Absolutely Recommend! I can't say enough good things about Rocco's European Garage. After several honestly terrible experiences with the service center at my dealership, I decided to give Rocco's in Midtown a try—and I'm so glad I did. I've had a few services done here, most recently a full brake replacement, and every time they’ve been fast, thorough, and kind. They’re honest, do great work, and never try to upsell me on things I don’t need. As a woman who doesn’t know a ton about cars, I’ve sometimes felt vulnerable or talked down to at other shops. That has never been the case at Rocco's. I completely trust the team here. The manager, Bill, has…

Rocco’s European garage on 14th street is amazing. I have a 2019 Bentley Bentayga that was leaking coolant. They were able to order the part and get it totally fixed up for half the price that another spot was quoting me for. Minx my service advisor and Shilo from the front desk were super good about communicating through the whole process and were very informative. Their communication and honesty in pricing won me as a lifetime customer and I will not be taking my car anywhere else. 10/10 recommend Rocco’s for any of your European car needs
