I was in an accident in April 2023 and went to Maaco for an estimate to give to my adjuster. After my adjuster sent the payment, I took my car to Maaco for repairs and paid in cash. Now, less than two years later, the paint is peeling on the replacement bumper they installed and painted. I reached out to them, hoping to have it repainted since it hasn’t even been two years. However, they claim they have no records from that time due to a new system. I don’t have a receipt, but I provided them with the original estimate, my VIN number, and even a survey I received after the repair. Despite this, they’re giving me the runaround.
