Edit: After spending $8000+ at this shop on Porsche 911 repairs in may 2025, I was initially satisfied and left a good review. However, problems quickly came to light with the repair quality & the lack of attention to detail by the technicians. This caused me huge headaches dropping the car off at the shop and picking it up again numerous times to get the shoddy repairs repaired. The shop is roughly a 2 hour round trip for me. I was forced to make the trip 5 or 6 times. Each time, having to find a ride (inconvenience someone to save a $40 uber cost) or just get the $40 Uber. I also didn't appreciate numerous workers footwear being dragged over the drivers side threshold leaving pe…

All I can say is I just received the most exceptional service I ever had!! Andrew was extremely professional. He explained everything to me in detail and was able to give me a quick turnaround on my brake service. I literally floated out of there feeling so blessed that I found such an amazing business that cares about real customer service. 🙌🏾

If I could give Simply Euro and Andrew Prucha 100 stars, I would. Andrew listened to the long story that had brought me to his shop, and he made me feel so comfortable. I never felt like I was getting scammed or condescended to, and that's a big deal for most women. They did a fantastic job--they were fast and super accommodating. I am so, so happy with my experience and I will always bring my cars here. Thank you!

Thad a great experience at True Euro! My service advisor, Andrew, was incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond to advocate for me with my warranty company to get my turbo repair covered. Thanks to his persistence and clear communication, the process went smoothly. The repairs were completed quickly, and my car is now running better than ever. I highly recommend True Euro and especially appreciate Andrew's dedication to excellent customer service!

Just bought an Alpha Romeo Stelvio and have had it for a few months. Surprisingly it needed a bit of oil. If you know these cars there is no dip stick and it's basically fully electric. That being said it's very easy to over fill if you're not careful. This is one of those situations. I needed my car serviced ASAP to prevent it from going into limp mode as it's my daily driver. I called all over the city and no one could take it in until almost 2 weeks from now. The guys at True took me within the hour. Not only did they complete the oil service but they also did a full diagnostic that was included in the initial price. Got me out in about an hour with all codes clear a…
