Worst experience ever! I dropped my car off at this collision center 3 MONTHS ago, and it took them that long just to finish the repairs. Their service is unbelievably slow and unprofessional. I took my car to this repair shop and they did a good job on the repairs. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I noticed my windshield was cracked. I brought it to their attention, but they refused to take responsibility or pay for the damage. It’s frustrating to have a good repair overshadowed by this incident. I expected better customer service and accountability. I won’t be returning.

Incomplete oil change resulting in car needing to be towed. My daughter took the car I gave her to this establishment to have the oil changed and the oil spewed out of the car from the filter while she was driving it. We will be speaking with the head management in the morning. If there are any resulting engine issues from this maintenance, we will be pursuing legal remedy.
